Resident Assistants oversee the residential students and promote campus involvement through the new RLH Community Development Plan. The RA serves as a role model who is approachable and accessible to students in the residence halls and throughout the campus community. Resident Assistants must have a thorough knowledge of the campus and its services in order to serve as a resource and referral agent for students. The individual provides proactive leadership for resident students to develop and maintain an environment where they (1) feel a sense of belonging to the Edinboro University family; (2) are respected by fellow residents and university personnel, (3) and are safe, comfortable, and secure in their living quarters. The RA position is an appointment period of one academic year and building placement is based on residential and departmental needs. The RA must reside on-campus. EU Planetarium presents "Star of Wonder"
Our annual Christmas show is a favorite. Why do we celebrate winter when we do? Why Do Christians celebrate Christ's birth on December 25? Why does Santa go south for the winter? Are any of these related? Sign up for this program and enjoy the Christmas season with the Edinboro University Planetarium.

If weather permits, public viewing in the observatory will follow each evening show. Laser shows are set to bright lights and loud music, therefore, those sensitive to either should avoid these shows. Reservations are required and can be made at https://www.edinboro.edu/directory/offices-services/planetarium/planetarium-reservations.html or by calling 814-732-2493.
