Domestic Violence Awareness Walk
Love shouldn't hurt. Ghering Health and Wellness Center will sponsor a Domestic Violence Awareness Walk on Wednesday, Oct. 10. Those interested in participating should meet at Frank G. Pogue Student Center at 2 p.m.

Piano Class for Adult Beginners
As part of the Edinboro University Community Music School, a 10-week piano course for adult beginners will be offered beginning Wednesday, Sept. 19. The class will meet in the electronic piano lab in the Alexander Music Center on Wednesdays at 2 p.m.

Fury: Kavanaugh, #MeToo and American Politics
Panelists will examine the issues surrounding the U.S. Supreme Court nomination of Brett Kavanaugh during a discussion at Edinboro University on Wednesday, Oct. 10. “Fury: Kavanaugh, #MeToo and American Politics” will be held at 7 p.m. in Multipurpose Room A of the Frank G. Pogue Student Center.

Panelists include:

James Fisher, Ph.D.
Rhonda Matthews, Ph.D.
R. James Wertz, Ph.D.
Molly Wolf, Ph.D.

The purpose of this panel, which is free and open to the public, is to educate and provide information about challenging issues we are faced with today, while fostering an environment that is inclusive, accepting and willing to engage in meaningful discussion. It is the first in a series of “Uncomfortable Conversations” scheduled to be held at Edinboro University.
