Lacers of the Lake is sponsoring "Great Scot - That's Lace?", an exhibit of handmade lace. The exhibit will be on display in the display case located in the lobby of the 1st floor of the Baron-Forness Library for the month of September 2017.

Library hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m. until midnight
Friday: 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Edinboro University Players "Night of One Acts"!
The University Players Presents "Night of One Acts". Six One Act shows that will guarantee a night of intrigue, laughter, mystery and entertainment. As a way of giving people a chance to see all the one acts, we have divided up the nights of when shows will be performed. You will receive a ticket that will allow you to see both Day A and Day B once you pay. You need to present the ticket to the person running box office to be granted entrance. If you do not have the ticket for the second day, you must pay to get in. Show A will include The Basement. Directed by Eric Reiche & Abigail Delk featuring Michael Barnett, Dewey Hudacky & Taylor Birk Believe. Directed by Madison Krol & Annabelle Martin featuring Tristan Sheran & Alyssa Gregory In the Meantime directed by Brooke Ebeling featuring Rhiannon Bowser & Anthony Ferrare These show dates and times will be 09/21 7:30pm, 09/23 7:30pm, 09/29 7:30pm & 10/01 2:30pm Show B will include Caught in the Act. Directed by Elaina Krafick & Mikayla Schroeder featuring Mikhail Ferree & Sydney Dobbs A Marriage Has Been Arranged. Directed by Montana Sertz featuring Morgan Gore & Morgan Yoder Soft Little Song Like Doves. Directed by Patrick McGettigan featuring Destiny Faivre & Amelia Tatone These show dates and times will be 09/22 7:30pm, 09/24 2:30pm, 09/28 7:30pm & 09/30 7:30pm Doors will open a half hour before the show time. Potterfest 2017: Dr. Joseph Laythe Potterbowl Trivia Contest
Dr. Joseph Laythe Potterbowl Trivia Contest on Monday, Sept. 25, beginning with registration at 7 p.m. in the Pogue Student Center Multipurpose Room. Teams of contestants will be asked questions from the Harry Potter books and other sources. Participation fee: $5. The contest was dedicated to Laythe, an EU professor who was instrumental in organizing the trivia contest prior to his death in 2016.

Tamarack Wildlife Rehabilitation & Education Center will present "All About Owls & Hawks" on Tuesday, Sept. 26, at 5:30 p.m. at the Edinboro Branch Library.

The Edinboro University student symphonic wind ensemble will perform music from the Harry Potter films on Tuesday, Sept. 26, at 7:30 p.m. in Louis C. Cole Auditorium – Memorial Hall, 205 Meadville St. Free and open to the public.

Potterfest 2017: Downtown March
The Potterfest crew invites the public to a downtown march on Thursday, Sept. 28, at 5 p.m. Participants are asked to dress in costumes from the Harry Potter films and “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” and meet at 5 p.m. at Centennial Hall. Cosplay wizards and beasts will then march downtown to share the spirit of Harry Potter with the Edinboro community.
