1:00 PM - 3:30 PM On-Campus Job Fair
Looking for an on-campus job? Student of all class years are welcome to attend the On Campus Job Fair in the Learning Commons (2nd floor of Baron-Forness Library) to see what positions are available!

Registered Departments Include:

Admissions Office, Athletics/Wrestling, Baron-Forness Library, Center for Career Development & Experiential Learning, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Facilities, Ghering Health & Wellness Center, Learning Technology Services and Office for Accessibility Services
6:00 PM - 9:00 PM Auditions for Battle of the One Acts!
Audition for a chance to be a part of a one-act competition where student directors of the Diebold theatre community direct and produce the plays performed and the audience rates the plays and decide which play is victorious. This variety of one-act plays is bound to guarantee a night of leisure, laughter, and entertainment. Location: Diebold Center for the Performing Arts 217 Meadville St, Edinboro, PA 16412 Audition Dates: August 27th - 29th from 6PM - 9PM September 3rd-5th from 6PM - 9PM Performance Dates: Sept 26, 27, 28 & Oct 3, 4, 5 @ 7:30 PM Sept. 29 & Oct 6 @ 2:30 PM Audition Details: -Open to all EU students, faculty, and any members of the Edinboro/Erie Community! -No previous theatre experience is required to participate. All are welcome. -Audition forms will be available at the theatre. -Headshots are not mandatory but are helpful for the director's when casting. -Be prepared to do a cold reading. -Come with a full list of any conflicts you may have during the rehearsal and performance periods (September 6th to October 6th). -If you are interested in contributing in other ways such as costumes, design, set construction, lights or soundboard or other, please attend or contact us! 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM Auditions for House on Haunted Hill
Freely adapted from the classic 1959 horror film starring Vincent Price. All seems well when eccentric millionaire Frederick Loren and his fourth wife Annabelle, throw a party where five guests must last one night in the house on haunted hill for a chance to collect $10,000 each. All until Frederick and Annabelle become trapped with their guests. It is then they quickly discover that “fear makes people do amazing things.” Location: Diebold Center for the Performing Arts 217 Meadville St, Edinboro, PA 16412 Audition Dates: September 4th - 7th 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Performance Dates: Oct 31, Nov 1, 2, 7. 8. 9 @ 7:30 PM Nov 3rd & Nov 10 @ 2:30 PM ***House opens half hour before curtain*** Audition Details: -Open to all EU students, faculty, and any members of the Edinboro/Erie Community! -No previous theatre experience is required to participate. 7:00 PM Scottish Trivia Contest
Grab your tartan and get ready for some trivia as part of the Highland Games & Scottish Festival!
Join us on Wednesday, September 4 at 7:00 p.m. in the Pogue Multipurpose Room for a night of Scottish and Edinboro University trivia. Teams of 3 will compete in a friendly game of trivia—no buzzers, no pressure, just fun!

Team categories include: undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty/staff/community members. The members of the winning team from each category will each receive a prize package valued at $100 including: 5 chances (value $50) in a raffle to win a trip to Scotland with Edinboro University in August 2020, a Highland Games t-shirt (value $15), a ticket to the Ceilidh dinner (value $15) and more!
