Time: 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. (There will be two ceremonies to allow for social distancing.)
Where: Sox Harrison Stadium on our beautiful campus
The Recognition Event will be open to those who RSVP’d, along with their two registered guests.
Length of Ceremony – Each hour-long session will feature Pipes and Drums, as well as Posting of the Colors by ROTC cadets.
What to Expect – Graduates will line up along the track that encircles the field. There will be brief welcoming remarks, followed by the reading of each graduate’s name as they walk to the stage to receive their diploma covers. (Diplomas will be mailed at a later date, as is our custom.) Baccalaureate degree graduates, please come dressed in your cap and gown. Master’s degree graduates, please come dressed in your cap, gown and hood.
Severe Weather Location: Ceremony will occur in McComb Fieldhouse for students only. The students’ two registered guests will need to watch the ceremony via simulcast in the Multipurpose Room of the Pogue Student Center or Van Houten Hall, both within walking distance of the Fieldhouse.
